"Even in my retirement time is a precious commodity to me. Today I had interactions with a young lady by the name of Olivia who works at Kim Duke State Farm in West Monroe Louisiana. What could possibly have become a time consuming problem was handled so very well! I don’t often leave compliments directly to my person, or do reviews but, Olivia is the exception. And these are the words that I told her, Olivia, you handled that quickly, easily, and efficiently. Just from the brief interaction that I had with Olivia I could tell that she is a very intelligent and caring person She was friendly without spouting all of the affirmative words that lots of companies teach their Customer Service people to use. She’s much more than a Customer Service person, she’s a person helping another person that needs help. She’s a keeper!"

"Everyone is very kind and helpful but when I get my lunch break they are on their lunch break as well so no one is there and theyare closed on Saturdays when I'm off .paying with a money order and catching them up there is next to impossible.ill admit I'm old school and I prefer to come in I guess I'll be forced to pay bycredic card over the phone.still I'm happy with .y service but I probably won't try to go up there again"

"Called to get my payments straightened out, they spend about an hour getting everything squared away. Every time I've ever called with an issue, the ladies make sure it gets taken care of, if they can't, they give me detailed explanations as to why. Couldn't ask for a better agency. Might be why I've been with them 10+years"

"Miss Chaise Sanders took such great care of me and saved me so much money with increased coverage by changing my insurance for my vehicles, horse trailer , and ranch coverage to State Farm. She explained everything and helped me protect my assets to the maximum! Talk about service! She spent hours with me so I could understand everything! She is such a special lady and I felt like she was an Angel from heaven looking out for me and my needs with insurance. I highly recommend this company! Their service is the best I’ve ever had and the coverage is the best I’ve ever had! I love Miss Chaise and everyone there is so welcoming and friendly!"

"Called over a week ago for quotes on numerous policies. Never got any message nor the quotes"
